Went to al Ahli hospital today! So disappointed! No professional customer services ！only money, money!Suggest all of you to think about carefully if you want to make an appointment !
I have a lump (looks like) on my right whist and went to the Surgery . I talked the nurse at the reception and show the lump to the nurse, then paid 25 riyals for registration (actually 200rialys, thanks to the insurance which deducted 175 riyals) . A surgeon looked at the right hand, told me it looked like a ganglion, better to go orthopedic, would refer me to the orthopedic 。 I didn’t think too much and followed his suggestion . When I went to orthopedic ， I was asked to pay another 25 riyals (actually another 200 riyals) because I had another consultation with another doctor. So stupid! I paid 200riyals for first 5 minutes consultation, the problem was not solved at all , why do I pay again? I talked with the surgery nurse, she didn’t say anything and arranged appointment with a surgeon for me, moreover, the surgeon just referred me to another department in the same hospital and charged me 200 riyals in 5 minutes. Everyone earns money hardly. I complained this issue to the supervisor , he said you had to pay two times (400 riyals)because the doctor spent the time even though he didn’t solve the problems . I am so angry that I will never ever been that bad hospital again.
