I agree with acchabaccha, depends on your living standards. 1BHK should be around 3000qar plus 500-1000qar for food and 1000qar for transport. Mobile plan somewhere around 125qar, home internet 250-300qar etc. 12500qar is ok salary but not great. Also depends how much you are planning to save per month.
