If you already have an RP, go to the nearest health centre and apply for the health card by yourself. You don't have to wait for your company to process it. Make sure you have all the relevant documents like 3 passport photos, Rental agreement, Ooredoo bill, Employment Contract, etc. They can issue the card on that very day, if they are not busy.
