i have also same situation, company gave me termination for one month notice period, we agree that i will find another job but the company they will not me gratuity in exchange of NOC but the company will give me leave pay that the agreement, the time i have new employer and trying to get my leave pay the agreement are not followed instead the company gave me my 5 days work period from march 1-5 it cost only 1,306QR..where is the leave pay amount that company promises me?do i have to get the 1,306QR then to complain to labour office...please help me.
