Only means she's still healing inside.

People see the scar and they think the wound "inside" is healed....WRONG.

Muscles and layers of muscles intertwined with sheaths, veins and capillaries were surgically cut and removed. These muscles doesn't regenerate and it take months to heal. We see scars because the skin heals faster but underneath it, is all sore.

Plus the fact that one's body metabolism affects the healing process...

Not surprised about the negative reactions...people reacts to things they don't know or cannot comprehend...or refuse to understand because it goes against to what they believe in or grew up knowing.
