Abu Dhabi follows Saudi??? News to me. Abu Dhabi is far more liberal than Qatar and Sharjah. Honestly, in many ways it's more liberal than Dubai.

Also the minister has said that this shouldn't be aimed at tourists, it should be aimed at residents.
