This is what I replied.....

Captain_Lost....she doesn't mention the word law once. She is simply horrified at how she has been treated by this person due to this person's religious beliefs.
What she asks is what has changed? as she has wore this dress/skirt before on other occasions and no one has had a problem.
Again...I think its just down to respect, which she has definitely shown if her descriptions of the dress/skirt are accurate, which I'm sure they are.
