1. I found out later the his permit is expired.
2. I cant speak arabic I understand a little only, He is Local and He is a police also, The guy is one of the poor local I believed because he doesn't able to pay in full cash the garage, and he issued checks without fund.
3. He is not willing to pay any cash, reason I agree and I dont want to waste my time filing a case againts him because I believed he has influenced and really not willing to pay cash. just avoiding lots of headache.
