I can't count the number of unqualified Egyptians who trump up their credentials and lie about their education. It reflects poorly on all the legitimate Egyptians who worked hard to get where they are.

I only mentioned it because I wasn't sure if the OP was a degreed engineer with real credentials, because that would explain the low offer if he was not.
