Painther... Even my box freezes once in a while. Its a known fault but still if you call QTel helpline they will insist restart your device. That fixes the problem temporarily but it comes back again after some times. I have called QTel many times but of no use.
I am not sure its a problem with there device compatibility with there transmission system signals or something else. The problem is surely at there end. I have tried changing with couple of TV sets but the problem remains as it is.
Some of my other collegues are also facing the same problem too.
I hope QTel wakes up some day and start realizing there customers problems.
