Petits Pas has both an English curriculum and a French curriculum. I don't know heaps about them other than the fact that they are separate - so in the French curriculum rooms the teachers only speak French and vice versa for the English curriculum rooms. The management is very nice and the teachers that I met when compiling the Nursery Guide were lovely as well.

They have a lovely open play area upstairs with nice natural light, as well as a separate dedicated soft play area.

Petits Pas is not a Montessori school, but when I was in the classroom for the ~2-2.5 year old kids I noticed that many of the toys had a Montessori flavor - no battery-operated toys, no "character" toys, etc. The kids were playing with plastic links, a (toy) wooden iron and ironing board and some other items that encouraged creative thinking and role playing. I would certainly feel comfortable sending my child there :)

Hope that helps!
