The other option (Tier 2) rather unlikely also - because you're not a highly specialist professiona, so it would be almost impossible for the company to prove that they were unable to identify a suitable candidate within the European Union (they would have to do that before they could offer you a job) - because your occupation is not on the list of shortage occupations for UK.
But, if you (or your spouse) are citizen of one of the EU countires, you have a right to live and work in the UK under the freedom of movement act (no need to have a work permit).
