You'd be better off doing the opposite journey. Travelling from West Bay/Lusail towards Al Waab in the morning would be against the heavy flow of the traffic and therefore faster. You really don't want to be travelling from Al Fardan 3 towards Lusail in the morning and you certainly don't want to be crossing Salwa Road.
