Sounds vaguely to me like you're saying that we whorish women don't know how to dress properly and until some man teaches us a lesson by raping us or fondling us inappropriately (which would clearly be brought on by our cheap, revealing clothes -- our fault entirely!), we won't realize that we're meant to stay completely covered.
