freedoms when men aren't around, but there should also be a standard level of workplace attire that applies regardless of the gender of your coworkers.

I can appreciate an attractive man/woman as well as the next person, and there are times and places when it is perfectly okay to have your girls front and center to show the world, but I find it inappropriate to do so in the office.

This isn't a Muslim/non-Muslim issue; it's a common sense and being professional kind of issue. And yes, there are various types of offices and work environments, so I would expect, say, a banker to be dressed differently than an art teacher. But unless your job is one that includes dressing enticingly for the clientele (hostess in a hotel, bartender/waitress in a pub, etc.), revealing kinds of outfits should be left for after hours or the weekend.
