but how can you say "no" to a person who asks you???

I mean it is difficult not to..... may be wont give the amount he is asking for (Not Karna You know...Mahabharat thing)but something shall have to be since he asked for it....
How can a person asking for it not given.... I know you are correct but convincing the basic instinct to act the other way is difficult....
