i'm in-between jobs at the moment and interviewing. my experience with working here is that the 3 months is a probation period to protect you AND the employeer. it's a good thing incase you or they decide that it's not going to work out. after 3 months and you and they can see if everyone has been honest about pay, work experience, things that have been promised. then sign away.
