It looks like we actually need to remove the existing hose by unscrewing a very tight hex assembly. . .it's getting more and more complicated and I think I would rather have someone do it for us.

Has anyone here ever paid someone to do it for them? If so, who did you use? A phone number or other contact would be most helpful as well.
