The plants in the Omani souq tend to be way more expensive than in the garden Centres along the road. I always go to a garden Centre called Madeen or something like it. Orangy sign with Arabic name. One of the first centres coming from Bukhanan furniture. The guy selling pots there is called Shawkat and he will deliver. He will also put tar on the inside of the clay pots so that the water does not get soaked into the clay. Anyway he is very helpfull and does not charge extra to deliver. Also very good english. Maybe Shawkat is away, then talk to the owner, Qatari who is also very nice, helpful & good English. They are usually there in the evening.
