Actually, the gentleman has met with us, and he has realised that joining us rather than opening another shelter will be better in the long run, since we are an established orgnisation, sans charity status,yes, but that is looming in the future:-)
Yes, DQ, it is important that we all highlight the plight of animals in this country, so that Qatar will be seen as moving toward a better future with regards to animal rights.
