Another incident (a negative one) with Grand Joud was when they charged my friend and I for a Grand Shisha, even though I did not request one. Their reply to my query for being overcharged was... "Ah, yes... this is the price."

I'm taking Arabic classes, to converse with the 'sole' Arabic speakers, but I don't think I'll be going to Grand Joud to try it out. They're not crying over the loss of presence and I sure as He** ain't cryin' over them! Just venting!!
