I had accident with my brand new car after 3 days of registration, one in back and front both are small, but its hurt me , I arrange all papers from insurance then I went to their sanaya show room ( street no.5) at 11.15 I reported to their accident section at 11.30 one man checked the damage area and he prepaid quotation, and he asked to request to other guy to open a job card, u know that stupid refuse to open a job card on that time coz they are going to close their office for lunch at 12.pm and time was 11.45,
The same day I went at 4pm to open a job card and he give appointment after two weeks , after two weeks I given my car for repair , after one week I started calling them to know the work status , and finally they said its ready for collection, I went there and I got all the papers after I got gate pass with car key, I took my car out of the paring then I thought okey let me check to verify the job ,
When I check back side is okey but the front is in same condition………………..
I call the supervisor along with the worker I shouted them they said keep it here we will do it with in two days , I said give me all the papers back and I will come next week, and I took my car, after 10-15 days I went and met the same person and I gave him the key , then started calling, and one day they said the same dialogue that it finished, when I see my car its hurt me a lot, coz they did a very very pad painting, when I asked them they said just take away ur car we don’t have enough space for parking………..
When I discuss this with my friends I came to know most of them have same experiences some thing like this from the big AAAAAAA !$@#%$#@ ………..
Like one every oil changing time they are charging more and not doing the proper check-up.
Even When I go to collect my car on first time they give me that with empty fuel tank, I asked them to fill some fuel, that guys told me to go to pump and buy it, when I give 20 Qr to them they filled fuel from the show room ………….
Y this TOYOTA owners are not controlling these things ????????//
