wht is ur experience with Toyota dealers ??

AAA sucks

I had accident with my brand new car after 3 days of registration, one in back and front both are small, but its hurt me , I arrange all papers from insurance then I went to their sanaya show room ( street no.5) at 11.15 I reported to their accident section at 11.30 one man checked the damage area and he prepaid quotation, and he asked to request to other guy to open a job card, u know that stupid refuse to open a job card on that time coz they are going to close their office for lunch at 12.pm and time was 11.45,

The same day I went at 4pm to open a job card and he give appointment after two weeks , after two weeks I given my car for repair , after one week I started calling them to know the work status , and finally they said its ready for collection, I went there and I got all the papers after I got gate pass with car key, I took my car out of the paring then I thought okey let me check to verify the job ,

When I check back side is okey but the front is in same condition………………..

I call the supervisor along with the worker I shouted them they said keep it here we will do it with in two days , I said give me all the papers back and I will come next week, and I took my car, after 10-15 days I went and met the same person and I gave him the key , then started calling, and one day they said the same dialogue that it finished, when I see my car its hurt me a lot, coz they did a very very pad painting, when I asked them they said just take away ur car we don’t have enough space for parking………..

When I discuss this with my friends I came to know most of them have same experiences some thing like this from the big AAAAAAA !$@#%$#@ ………..

Like one every oil changing time they are charging more and not doing the proper check-up.

Even When I go to collect my car on first time they give me that with empty fuel tank, I asked them to fill some fuel, that guys told me to go to pump and buy it, when I give 20 Qr to them they filled fuel from the show room ………….

Y this TOYOTA owners are not controlling these things ????????//

Great Cars with HORRIBLE Customer Service, I am worried as my car has 5 years unlimited KMS warranty and service done by these morons adds to the good profile of the cars service history. But the truth is they are horrible.

Even i received my cruiser, my first L.cruiser had door damaged and they called me to receive my car.. WTF they think i am blind, i did not accept the car and fought to get another one, in 2 weeks i got another one, with bumper scratched.. The car costs like a fortune but anyways.. Toyota promised to open 5 to 10 service centers around Qatar by the year 2050 so lets be patient if we make it till then.. Inshallah

In short Toyota Service Center SUCKS bigtime, and the car is so easy you can do the service yourself..

but if we go to woqod, TOYOTA will not give the warrenty .........

somebody suggested me to go to woqod or teyseer... and i was shocked they gave my car back in an hour.. and toyota guys take so much time, its like they r gonne dismantle d engine and put it back..

They plan on Opening a huge service centre in Wakra so hopefully things will get better then... even for a 5000kms service where they do nothing... but an oil check it takes them 2 days...

Abdulla Abudlghani (Principal Toyota dealer) is undoubtedly the worst in terms of their facilities and the customer service among all the Toyota dealers I have experienced in the GCC.

i dont get my car serviced at toyota anymore.. they r pathetic.. they take like ages to give u an appointment for a service itself.. lol..

No not yet but some one else beat me to it she bought it first.
