Thanks for the advised but sometimes i really felt that im so abused & over used! To think that some of my officemates earned much better than me for doing nothing... & some of their works are transferred to me but i can not shared my works to them! GGgggggggrrrr!
Sometimes its really hard to show ur potentials here ... because as long as they see that u can do those works well they intend to abused you.
I heard that salary leveling here also depends of ur nationality. Since were working here in middle east they giving better opportunities & higher salaries for those staff that came from same region even their not that productive. (as per my boss) and i think that this policy is so unfair!
Is this really observed here in Qatar or its just my boss policies?
