And just a thought, branding genders has been a long time favorite for most of us. But we may not realize that, certain situations do change the role each gender play. Some that characteristics i used to know about women are somehow diminishing. As an example,
I noticed a growing number of Men (well, most filipinos i know)... actually,
... do the laundry
... clean the house
... wash dishes
... iron the clothes
... cook food
and women tend to do anythingelse less and less. (let's not go to that gender roles now).
Well, going back to the topic. In some cases, I noticed that white people prefer Filipinas for there are still many "wife-material" filipinas...
what do i mean by that... Well, filipinas can be a great cook... ranging from continental breakfasts to feast of a variety of meals. Filipinas can cook!
Filipinas tend to overdo cleanliness especially inside the house, and this usually makes a house of a white guy sparkle. Filipinas tend to have OCD.
Positively, i can say Filipinas are hardworking, and they value cleanliness.. Which actually may cause them to prefer white skin rather than brown. :-)
Well, i can think of more, but i don't want to spend hours talking about filipinas getting westerners. all i know is that just they can be great assets in a family, and they can be great moms that children can look up to.
Well, about us Men, some of us may be idiots and some may be brilliant, and for all i know... someone like me...do housework more than my filipina wife...
:-) i know of a filipino who married a westerner lady. i guess he proved to be very valuable inside the house, eh?
