My son was in the primary school of AJA last year. My daughter is in the secondary school still. There was a different primary principal last year, so perhaps the one this year is better- I don't know. In my opinion the administration in terms of discipline and quality of education is mediocre at best. The primary school had a problem with behavior management in the class and bullying outside the class. The IPC curriculum was poorly implemented. My son really learned very little last year. The previous year in the States he had been a good math student-by the end of last year at AJA he was failng math and so on and so on...

if your only complaint about DC is the sports facilities then don't move. Trust me, findng a school in Doha that has strong academics is a treasure you don't want to lose.

One last note: the fact that the primary school has open enrollment spots is a clue about parent satisfaction. I'm not surprised they want your money ASAP.
