Well, according to the Parking Lots purpose thread in this same area, one of the primary requirements is that you have to have the sheer moxie (foolishness?) to sunbathe in a carpark wearing nothing but a bikini during Ramadan. If you can do that, you're a shoe-in for a position. :D
