Gypsy I haven't met you, but the fact that you are thinking about a change probably means that you should start looking at it before you decide you HAVE TO make the change. Right now, there are jobs all over the workd to choose from especially for someone with international experience. I'm not saying you shouldn't come back (at least while you look around) but I am saying its time to look around.
