I do know that some people have used www.europuppy.com, I have seen 4 of the puppies that have arrived here and they have been healthy and old enough to be seperated from their mothers. Also, call the local vets. Often small breed pups may not be advertised, people prefer to use word of mouth and personal recommendations.
