Thank u all, especially han19, for such true and prompt replies. I think the best way to tackle this Housing Rents hike is that all major companies should have their own townships, if not already. This will be one time big cost but companies will not have to keep on paying higher rents via employees. Because if employees are not able to save and if those have to pour all savings in the name of Housing Rent then Companies will loose skilled manpower. Also companies have to hire new persons everytime someone leaves and waste time again in training new employees. Current scenario doesn't give stability of manpower in companies which do not provide Housing facility. SO TO HAVE TOWNSHIPS IS THE ONLY BEST AND PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM OF RENT HIKES. What all of u say ? Is there any company who is thinking in this direction ?
