rent is expensive cuz property has increased in value along with the sudden increase in demand so be prepared to pay alot and taking it on loans will just make things worse if ur on a tight budget, i hear that after the asian games rent will go down ( not property value ) so u should wait 3 4 months maybe a year and then make ur final decision, and as to what u heard its true, u can also own outside these areas but its not full ownership u have to share it with a qatari.
