For most serious employers, not to mention QP, the first test is carried out in your home country before you arrive in Doha.

The results are then sent to Doha to be examined, accepted or rejected. If accepted, a visa + air ticket etc. are issued for you. If rejected, you don't leave home.

The second tests in Doha, are supposed to be necessary to compare the validity of results of the first tests.
