Doha Metro has resumed its services on September 1, 2020, and opened Legtaifiya station on the Red Line, which is one of the interchange stations between the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram, completing the 37 Doha Metro stations.

The station is located near major destinations such as Katara, The Pearl, Lagoona Mall, and several hotels located around that area.

Earlier this month, Doha Metro announced the service expansion of free Metrolink services, which now connects to The Pearl- Qatar from Legtaifiya station.

Today, in a tweet, Mowasalat stated that M110 operating from Legtaifiya Metro Station to The Pearl will cease to service bus stops 66109 (Tower 9), 66111 (Medina Centrale), 66113 (Tower 24), and 66115 (Tower 27) from September 24, 2020, until further notice.

All lines are operating as the same service hours as prior to the lockdown, from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Saturday to Wednesday, 6:00 am to midnight on Thursday, and 2:00 pm to midnight on Fridays.

The frequency of services also remains the same with trains running every 5 minutes across the Green and Gold Lines and every 5 minutes from Al Wakra and Hamad International Airport on the Red Line.
