Ooredoo Qatar are Web Summit Qatar’s Diamond Sponsors for 2025, 2026
Ooredoo Qatar, the nation’s leading telecommunications provider, announced that it will be the Diamond Sponsor for the next two editions of the Web Summit Qatar, in 2025 and 2026.
Ooredoo Qatar’s Director of PR Sabah Rabiah Al Kuwari and Web Summit’s GM and General Counsel Adam Connon signed on the dotted lines to formalise the two-year deal.
This year, Ooredoo had been the Official Telecom Partner for the mega event, which is arguably the world’s largest technology conference.
The global event, which connected tech leaders, startups, and investors, and highlighted Qatar’s future as a global hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, had been a massive success.
The 2024 event offered participants and speakers an unparalleled platform for sharing the latest trends in technology. It fostered networking and collaboration opportunities for attendees worldwide.
It was also the first time the Web Summit was hosted in the Middle East, reflecting Qatar’s significant role in the region and remarkable strides in technological development it has made.
Over the course of four days, Web Summit Qatar 2024 attracted over 12,000 attendees and provided them a unique opportunity for learning and development. It also attracted experts across various industries alongside thousands of tech enthusiasts.
