Best 4x4 / SUV

Would like advise from QLiving members to understand which SUV is best for value - in terms of purchase cost, maintenance and repairs and resale value in Qatar. SUV/4x4 to be somewhere in mid range narrowing down to perhaps 150-200K QAR.

First choice: Toyota

Second choice: Nissan

Just visit their showrooms and decide for yourself. Both the brands have good resale value.
