They dont target "browns" or "whites" they target the ones who are causing the problem.... the "browns" and the "whites" just get in the way... and its not once a month.. but it does happen more than it should.
I would hardly say they were porn films, we have the same in the UK. Seeing as some of the kids at the age they are shown them might be having sex already, then surely its best they are educated on the subject and know what they are getting themselves into..
