It is a pedal boat. I will start pedaling. The chain will break. I'll take the chain and strike it against the metal rudder creating a spark. The spark will set fire to the wooden boat and I will light my cigarette.

Throw one cigarette in the water. Now with one cigarette less, the weight on the boat will be less hence it will become lighter. Use that lighter to light the 2nd cigarette :(
