Multicolour Indian currency notes

I purchased Indian currency from a bank and I am surprised(not the first time) that the colour of notes of same denomination is not uniform and varies a lot. For a country like ours is this not a matter of ridicule?

The designs change periodically. If its the same design and color varies its a fake note!! probably made in pakistan and then exported to dubai and other country's by daewood ibrahim.
