speedometer not working- honda civic 2003

Hi guyz,

I donno what happend, all of a sudden my car's speedometer is not working..i cant see the speed, oil status..everything dead.. weired thing is that, sometimes it is coming and is working fine--working everything--.. but after 1 or 2 days it will again going off..
i went to bin mahmoud street and checked with many auto-electrician, but they said, they wont look at speedometer issue.. any suggestion from you guyz.. any helpful technician anywhere,, or could i get scrap from ind.area..
it is Honda civic 2003 model...
