This is one my gripes with roundabouts in Qatar. It's nice that in Doha roundabouts are being slowly phased out and replaced by traffic light intersections. But I cannot see the logic of someone who stops their car on the runabout! Firstly it's not safe and secondly it blocks the view for other drives wanting to enter the roundabout. Lastly it's illegal! People on who stop one roundabouts. You are Moron!
