Hi..

Two weeks back my car meet with an accident.. A drunk driver hit from back and i collided with the car in front. The police came and took the statements and did a blood test on the drunk driver. Went to police station after the accident and gave all the necessary documents and then the police said they will call from court and i have not received a accident report to claim insurance..

Car is beyond drivable and we have not received any reference number regarding the case too.. I would like to know how long will it take for the court to consider the case and get my Accident report as the vehicle road permit is about to expire..(Went to the station two days back and they said will call.) Thnx in Advance!!!
