Hi I just recently recieve my brand new car. It's in a company name and the car is fully paid. (Nissan Sunny 2011)

Just 4 days when I recieve my car I have an Accident.

I can't control the speed of my car and turn left to a service road but I crash on the sidewalk (A raised paved or asphalted path for pedestrians at the side of a road.) Now my car cannot run because the gear box is misplace or damage. and the front bumper are damage too. (My car have a full insurance)

Here is my question.

Do I need to pay when my car is repaired? or did the company covering all the expeses?

Please give me some advice.

It looks you are a new driver who does not have any experience in driving. You were not able to control the speed of your car while turning to a side road means you are putting yourself and others in trouble. You were lucky not to hit some pedestrians there which could have taken you behind the bars. You should have bought a second hand car and learned to drive properly in the late evening when the traffic is very low rather than buying a new car and crash it within 4 days and spoiled the gear box.

If you cant control your speed either dont drive or drive slower for your own safety and more importantly for the saftey of those around you.

Do not worry my freind. your car  must be insured, so they will repair the car for you but you will have to pay 120 QR for police accident report and 5oo QR for the insurance company then 2ooo QR for renting another car for a month till they repair it.Best of luck
