where I can buy material to hide the small scratch in the paints/color i my car. Do I need to report this to police, the scratch size is like a tip of middle finger.

Buy rubbing compund(QR 30 from any accessories shop or supermarket).Paste on scratchy area.leave it for 20 minutes,then rub strogly with clean coton cloth,hopefully all scratches will go and it will shine as before.

Na..get a scratch remover pen and apply...that shud work for a small scratch....
