lancer GLX is the better option
for off road take kia picanto instead of tiida or lancer, don even think of 4 wheel

Take other car like Subaru Impreza. It's also Japan made and very strong car.
The fuel costs the same for every car: 1 Riyal for the liter of super!
Take Lancer, very cheap for fuel cost.

I don't know about the lancer but the tiida is really bad with humps especially when the car is full.
