Importing a car to Qatar from UAE

I would like to know what is the procedure to import a 2013 American Spec Dodge Challenger from UAE to Qatar.

I have a qatar residence permit. I am planning to buy the car from UAE and bring to Doha for my personal use.

When i enquired i heard that according to new rule we should have a trade license in Qatar to import cars.

Have anyone imported cars recently? What are the procedures in UAE and in Doha.
