I don't know about the local agent service, but Ford tend to give a five year warranty or 120,000km, whichever comes first. This is the best deal in Doha so far that I've heard of.

The Ford Focus is one of the best maintenance free cars around as per latest studies made in the USA.

But compared to Japanese cars, US made cars still need more maintenance and service and their values drop steep once you buy them.

Usually for expats, the value of the car is important in case it has to be sold in the near future, and for this, Japanese made cars are the best in retaining their value.

So, Japanese cars are more expensive but need less maintenance and retain their value better than US made cars...

Now you decide...

i do have a ford car before and used it for 6 years,i manage to repair my car on the ford service center and with great service.yet its quite expensive but you are assured for the parts and services.a lot of people comments on American car specially Ford but base on my experience,it is one of the tough and safest car and car manufacturers.i sold already my car and bought a new one,of course,Ford SUV for safety reason on the road (you know what i mean....some reckless drivers on the street so safety first.....)enjoy driving.....
