Complain against NISSAN SERVICE station , morra, Doha

The rule "customer is the king" is good to read in the books. Are you served tea, coffee, and mineral water or "samosas" at service stations in your own country when you visit them? I think you are asking for just too much. Also, car service stations here work on "first come, first served basis" and you will need to wait in queue for your turn, whether it takes an hour or more.

If you want first class service go purchase a Rolls Royce or Bentley. You drive a Nissan it's a budget brand so you will get budget customer service. I got to agree with zackm too.

you should read the terms or the service, if the car wash is not provided, than it is not, but if it says that on the scope of service, they should be obligated to provide you with car wash. But you complaining about wifi...tea...coffee...water...is ridiculous... you can bring that yourself or can buy it from nearby store... customer is not a king...and you should expect only for what you are paying for, as per the scope of service rendered.

There are not washing the car, not offering wifi facility to the customers waiting for more than 1 hours, not offering Tea, coffee or drinking water as well. They are forgetting that CUSTOMER IS THE KING, they are getting salary because customer are giving them opportunity to serve.
