Can I change car to right side and send to Sri Lanka

The car I am using need to be send to Sri Lanka, but first of all I need to convert it in to right side, can I do it in Qatar and send it to Sri Lanka or can I do it in somewhere and send it

It would be quite expensive here in Doha. Export it to Sri Lanka and then do it there. (If Sri Lankan allows import of a left hand driven car)

It is not impossible. It is very impractical. The cost and technical work involved are enough to make this a simple answer. Don't even think about it.
