The Doha Bank ATM machine at Lulu Hypermarket in Al Khor took my 2000QR (4 nos. - 500riyal bills). I will supposedly deposit the money on my account then there was something wrong on the ATM machine and it went off
line. No receipt came out from the machine and no text message received on my mobile from the bank. The incident happend last Sunday 27 Sept. 2020 at almost 11am. I called the Doha Bank Customer Service to file a report and has informed me that I should wait for at least 7 working days. Just now I made a follow up and the bank told me that the investigation was done and the money captured by the ATM machine was only 1000 riyals. I insisted that the amount as per my complain is 2000 riyals and I am very much sure about it. The bank told me then that they will conduct another investigation and I should wait again for 2 to 3 working days. Hoping that my money will be returned back to me.
