Dear Mahorf, your strong resolve in matters of faith is commendable and I do agree with you. As Muslims we do not associate partners with the Almighty as he is ONE and there is no other. This is the primary and principal belief of Islam.
In a multicultural user public platform such as QL, we should be tolerant to others views. Personally, I have come across the phrase "rain gods" many times in various articles, books and conversations. People of other religious affiliations may believe so. I feel calling for the QL writer to take this article down or change it just because it's on "Qatar Living" (which I don't feel represents Qatar) is being intolerant.
Everybody is entitled to their opinions and perspectives.
